Bangkok: 19 July, 2022, Her Excellency Koy Sodany, Secretary of State Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Representative His Excellency HE Sun Chanthol, accompanied by a delegation from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport of Cambodia, attended the Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony. with the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC) of the Kingdom of Thailand. The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding is voluntary for cooperation and support in policy making, in key areas and directions, including:

1. Policy framework, including transport policy, legal and regulatory framework, institutional framework, coordination and decision-making mechanism, policy implementation process, monitoring and evaluation.
2. Logistics indicators, including logistics costs per GDP and Logistics Performance Index (LPI).
3. Support each other in strengthening institutional capacity and the capacity of stakeholders in the logistics sector.
