Department of Logistics Cooperation
The Department of Logistics Cooperation (DLC) is under the direct supervision and management of the General Department of Logistics, and it has the duties as stated in Article 39 of Sub-decree No. 216 ANKr.BK dated 13 October 2016 on Organization and Functioning of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport as follows:
- Facilitate and cooperate between relevant institutions in the logistics system
- Facilitate and link the principles, laws, and directives among the relevant institutions in the logistics system
- Facilitate and link work procedures between relevant institutions in the logistics system
- Establish logistics planning forums
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of policies, strategies and master plans related to the transport and logistics sector
- Conduct mid-term and end-term review of the implementation of policies, strategies and plans related to the transport and logistics sector;
- Collaborate with relevant institutions in order to identify indicators for measuring the implementation of activities to be included in the master plan in transport and logistics sector;
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of transport and logistics projects by evaluating the project at mid-term and at its completion;
- Disseminate the results of monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of transport and logistics projects;
- Facilitate the adoption of laws, conventions and agreements related to multimodal in transport and logistics sectors
- Make report on periodical work activities to the leadership of the Ministry;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
