Phnom Penh, 17 June 2022, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, His Excellency Chhieng Pich, Director General of the General Department of Logistics and Cambodia STOM Leader, presided over the ceremony. A delegation from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and relevant ministries participated in the Multi-Stakeholder Policy Dialogue on Empowering ASEAN for Circular Economy. This multilateral policy dialogue is organized for the following main purposes:

1. Introduce framework for Circular Economy for the ASEAN Economic Community and provide an overview of the key drivers of the modern economy.
2. Review the policy factors that lead to success and facilitate the participation of the private sector in the Circular Economy, especially for sectors such as agriculture, energy, and transportation.
3. Establish framework for public-private partnerships that will accelerate regional efforts towards an efficient Circular Economy.
