Phnom Penh 16 November 2022, At Ministry of Public Works and Transport, H.E. So Vector, Secretary of State Representative of H.E. Sun Chanthol Senior Minister, Minister of Public Works and Transport, presided for the Handover Ceremony of 2,000 standard pallets Under Official Development Assistance from

Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport, Republic of Korea to Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Kingdom of Cambodia within the participation from other line ministries and relevant stakeholders.

These 2000 standard pallets from the Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport, Republic of Korea, to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Kingdom of Cambodia under the official development assistance for the project “Cambodia Master Plan of Logistics System Modernization and Pilot Project of Logistics Computer System”. The relevant institutions that will be receiving these standard pallets includes; the Sihanouk vile Autonomous Port (PAS), Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP), and Poi Pet O’Neang Special Economic Zone.

H.E. Secretary of State added that within the first stage of this project, 2000 units of the standard pallet are to be provided to Cambodia for usages by relevant institutions and conduct study on the standard pallet usages in Cambodia, which are components in the implementation of the project “Cambodia Master Plan of Logistics System Modernization and Pilot Project of Logistics Computer System” that implemented by the General Department of Logistics, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Kingdom of Cambodia, with the ongoing supports from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) of the Republic of Korea, and Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (KRIHS).
